I was not satisfied with the packaging of my tablecloths (not individually wrapped) also the fact that they have a big seam connecting two pieces of material together instead of one complete round pieces of fabric
I ordered a fabric on Nov 14,2021. I checked on it a week later VIA the customer service email and they said it had been processed and should be mailed out 11/26/21. I wasn't happy, but oh. Ok. OIt was only a yard of fabric so perhaps there is bulk mailing for small orders…. Now on 12/02/21 I received an email saying my order was cancelled per my request! I never requested such a thing snd what happened to the mailing promised on 11.26
A month and a half since I ordered and still no package, I've contacted them twice and they say it was shipped on May 14th but when I go to tracking all it says is the label was created. Not a happy camper here!
Fantastic app! Easy access to pricing and stock! The customer liked the sample very much when it arrived. I had to cancel the order because it took more time than anticipated. IFabric issued a refund for the sample but very generously sent the sample anyway. Honest and professional service that was much appreciated. Thank you!
I ordered fabric on the 1st of April and NEVER received the fabric. They told me they shipped it out on April 12 which was already too late for my project but I would have been OK with that but literally there's no tracking info. I've called- the number is not in service. I've emailed and only gotten one response (and that was when I threatened to dispute the charge on my card). Since then I've emailed and used the chat service on their website (the chat is 100% pointless. No one answers). Too bad I didn't read the reviews BEFORE purchasing.
This company is a scam. They never shipped the items. I ordered over a month ago. They sent a "label created" email, when I asked when they would be shipping. Now they won't answer my emails. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I don't want the items now and I'm not paying for them.
Did not get my order or any notifications regarding my order. I was unable Tiger in contact with your company. I finally had to fight to get my money back. I will not be doing busy with you again. I am sad to have to say this as I had had good response in the past several years.
When I found your site, I was so happy. You had 120" tablecloths that were PERFECT for my son's graduation party. I ordered them and you took my money $349.43 immediately. Then things took a downturn- I never got an order confirmation. I have called - the voicemail is full- I have emailed, I have filled out chat forms on your website- and NOTHING. Now I am having 200 people to my house on Friday and am left to scramble to find tablecloths. Very disappointing.
I ordered 1/4 inch polka dot fabric. They also sell 1 inch polka dot fabric. They sent 1 inch. I sent a photo with a ruler, and they are refusing to process a refund or send the correct fabric. My receipt clearly says 1/4 inch polka dots. This fabric is not usable for my daughter's project. Their phone line does not connect to a person, and the voicemail is "full". Online customer service chat does not elicit a response. By email, they replied to say, no they will not send the correct fabric or refund. Do NOT purchase from this company. It's a scam. There is no customer service and they will send you incorrect fabric and lie about it.
I ordered material on April 25,2021. Today is May 18,2021 and I have yet to receive it. They are very hard to contact. I finally received an email on May 5,2021 that it was on the way. I need this material this week. This has been an awful experience.
Fast and efficient service. Excellent selection and pricing. I have placed and received several orders which were processed in two days and then packaged and shipped in a timely fashion. My orders have arrived, near Dallas Texas, in about a week. The fabrics were excellent quality and their descriptions accurate. The colors were as close to those shown on line as can be expected. I have received several colors of stretch velvet and stretch vinyl. I will continue to order from iFabric. As there hasn't been a single issue with my orders, I am very satisfied!
Pink is pink... it is not mango/peach! Having received the incorrect fabric happens but having to jump through hoops to get the right one was asinine. Literally they asked for a photo 5 times. The last asking for a photo in ‘daylight'. I finally took a photo of my dogs crap and sent that! I'm out my purchase but that last photo I sent was worth every penny!
I place an order for $100+ They never shipped it. I communicated with them and they told me it was going to ship. They printed a shipping label, but NEVER shipped it. Then when I asked for a refund, the communication stopped. So I had to dispute the charge with my bank!
I ordered a few items. They didn't send one one I really needed. When I reached out to request it, they refunded me and said I could reorder because it was in stock. When I asked if my shipping would be waived (since it was more than the cost of the fabric) I was told it would not be. If it was out of stock I wish they would have told me up front because I would have cancelled the whole thing.
I was able to get a sample of the fabric in which I was interested. Was given 10% discount when I actually ordered it. I was able to track the parcel and was then told a one hour slot in which it would arrive. Excellent service. Very prompt. Would definitely buy from there again.
I ordered black and white checked fabric for a special memory t-short quilt. Areas of the black squares are white lines and smudges. I will have to cut around the marred fabric and. Su not have enough to finish the quilt for the widow of a racing man who died unexpectedly.
Every fabric I bought was completely different in person than on the website. The pale lemon chiffon was florescent yellow, the beaded lace was unbeaded, the minky was dirty and none of the pieces were usable. I was really disappointed and even threw some of it away. Because of past experience with online ordering from foreign countries, I didn't even bother to contact the company or try to return any of it. Just considering it a lesson learned.
I ordered fabric over two months ago and I still have not received it. The customer service phone number is out of service. I emailed customer service and got no response. I even tried the customer service chat and no response. I'm out $100 dollars, I have no fabric and no way to get my money back or to get help from them. I would not recommend. Tried to add photo proof of order number but it would not load. Order number *******.
I was very pleased with my order of fabrics. I have washed two of the pieces and intend sewing them up soon. The parcel arrived very quickly and I intend buying more fabrics from you soon. Thank you for your service.
I purchased my order over a month ago i have reached out multiple times and still no order. I placed this order for my wedding and i since have had to order more fabric to assure the things i need get completed.
Answer: Judge for yourself by this review: 1/03/22 order, 1/12 I emailed them, days later they reply "shipping Friday" so that would've been 1/14.1/20 No shipping info received so emailed again 1/20. Now days later, still no reply. 1/22 Tried calling the 1-888 number in the info@ifabric.com email, it's not in service. I'll be filing with my cc to get my money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
