I have ordered this item a week ago and have conflicting emails. I says i should have received and the other shows it has never shipped. I have not had any response to my emails nor have I received my fabric.
1/03/22 order, 1/12 I emailed them, days later they reply "shipping Friday" so that would've been 1/14.1/20 No shipping info received so emailed again 1/20. Now days later, still no reply. 1/22 Tried calling the 1-888 number in the *******@ifabric.com email, it's not in service. I'll be filing with my cc to get my money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
I placed an order on April 16th. They made a label on May 3rd after I sent multiple emails and the package never made it past the label being created. They stole my money and won't email or call me back (phone voice-mail goes straight to a full voice-mail), and they deleted my Facebook comment asking for help. Disgraceful.
I paid for 5-7 day expedited shipping. My order was delivered 15 business days after my order was placed. When my order didn't come on time, I emailed ifabric twice to ask to cancel the order and refund me. No response. When the order arrived, I had to email twice to ask for information on how to return my items. They said they would charge a 50% restocking fee plus I had to pay for shipping. No way! Clearly they never responded to my requests to cancel the late order because they knew I'd be stuck with the items once they arrived. Terrible customer service and frankly a dishonest company.
As described was really good. Excellent delivery time, packing another subject, wasn't packed to protect the fabric from getting snagged if the box got punctured, in which my box was punctured but the was not damaged
I'm glad that I did order from iFabric because my experience was great. I would order from them again. I got a Lowest price on my fabric, the fabric arrived within 2 weeks, and the quality was perfect. Jesse the customer service was such a help, Thank you!
My order was said to ship within 7-10 days, almost 20 days later I had to contact the company. I then received an email about a week after stating it had shipped and I received a few days later. Fabric was accurate, but the timeline was not worth ordering online.
After placing order, it took 3 weeks to receive, I had emailed to see where my order was several times and they only answered once. Tracking never showed info. I received my order and very disappointed, my fabric was not as described, with a stretch. I was going to use my fabric to make leggings. My fabric was the thinnest fabric with absolutely no stretch. I have been trying to get a return for a good week, with no customer service. Their phone number does not work, their chat does not work and the two times they have answered my email, I have to send the same info which is my order number and pic of fabric, they never answer back. I am going to turn them into BBB and report fraud.
I ordered several yards of fabric at what seemed like a steal of a price listed on their website. Then the company canceled the order after I placed it and told me I had placed it for swatches instead of yards. But I had double checked before I ordered.
Waited a month got nothing but a tracking number of a package that was never shipped Asked for a refund which they wouldn't give me, a week later they shipped me something. But I still haven't received it.
I'm finding all the fabric I buy is good quality and is very quick deilery fabrics and descriptions of these are excellent. The prices are very reasonable and the service I received was great with very quick postage. I highly recommend them.
Is this company even in business? Both LA and 800 numbers are out of order. My order was placed for 5 yards (luckily only $43) on Feb 12 now it's March 2 and no results or correspondence whatso ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Ordered 4 yards of fabric over a month ago and never received anything. Sure this is an epidemic, but you could at least answer an email. Oh yeah, their phone number is also disconnected. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
It is exactly what I expected. Arrived in a plastic ziplock within the package and arrived folded. The burlap was clean. There was an unexpected odor (petroleum based? Im not sure). I would purchase again but ask that it notbe packaged in the ziplock, a waste of plastic. Please ask the same. We must all help to reduce plastic consumption.
When I ordered the product it showed the stripes going up-and-down when we received the merchandise the Stripe are going long ways so I had to cut the material and sew it together to make it look like a market instead of a circus tent
Ordered over 2 weeks ago nothing has changed. Website just says ordered that's it... E mailed couple of times & nothing. Don't waste your time or money!
I am very dissatisfied. I made a purchase on the 29th of May and until today the 18th of May I have not received it. I made a second purchase on May 11 and I didn't receive it either. I am very dissatisfied.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I placed an order for four tablecloths a month ago. It said arrival would be 5-7 days. Two and a half weeks later still no package. I wrote to them on several occasions saying to cancel my order I needed them to get there by a certain date. They said your order cannot be cancelled and that they were on their way. Weeks go by, still nothing. I keep emailing them. They then promise they will be there by the day before my party. They didn't arrive until TWO WEEKS AFTER my party. I have yet to get a refund on this. I no longer need them and want to send them back and get a full refund. The customer service person didn't even write their name on any of their emails so that I did not know who I was working with. And they were very short, rude and I professional. The phone number listed on their website for customer service IS NOT A WORKING NUMBER. I will never use this company again. TOTAL SCAM.
Ordering was easy and I am very pleased with the quality of the material. My only negative comment is even considering how awful the postal service has become it really took a long time to arrive
I ordered fabric in November 2020: have many emails stating that it will be shipped ASAP, 1 email stating Mailing Label (UPS) generated on 1-6-21, called customer service - "# not in service" every time in Dec 2020, and again in Jan 2021, tried the online chat - no response... THIS COMAPNY IS A FRAUD!
