Ordered 15 yds of fabrics on 12/12. I emailed on 12/22 to ask if the fabric had been shipped. The answer was that the package was delayed by the shipping company. I received the package, with the wrong fabric, on 12/27 with a shipping date on the label of 12/22.
I sent the material back and asked for a full refund. They said they issued a refund on 1/17. I still don't have my money and now I can't get a response from them. Chat is not available. The phone line is either busy or no answer. Emails are not answered.
