Couldn't of had a better experience buying from this company. Did everything as advertised. Fast delivery when delivered the brouth the tv inside opened it up and turned it on to make sure it wasn't damaged and worked correctly. I will buy from them again.

They do appear to have valid stock, but can't seem to check out on line (shopping art and payment will never process). Calling them up, I figured out why. They advertise free shipping online, but when you finally call to place an order, you have to pay "shipping insurance" which is essentially the same or more than other sites charge for shipping. So no real savings, and a little bit of a bait and switch to advertise free shipping. It's not free.

Fantastic 8k 85 Samsung with seamless delivery. Plan on crew to start TV before leaving to confirm it is healthy. Personally love Apple TV screensaver videos in background >such a relaxing way to enjoy this beautiful planet.

I placed order on line but previously called to ask about insurance premium which was quoted over the phone. I wish they would reflect it when you submit order instead of receiving a call later (which I already knew due to my call)
On the delivery it was very puntual and professional.

... which in turn meant I had to call eBay and wait on hold forever, in order to cancel an associated protection plan. Ebay then had me call another number. Not to mention all the time I wasted researching and deciding on this company. What a waist of time.

They also lied and said that I cancelled, when it was their failure. So that's why they have such great reviews on ebay, fraudulent practices.

I was skeptical at first because of low price. Every email question I had, and calls I got fast response times.
Delivery was early.
And it was white glove service.
I feel I made a great choice and saved $800.00 too.

Saved money, product (Samsung sound bar) arrived in about seven days.

I was super nervous at first about order such an expensive item at such a deep discount from an eBay store but ielectrica was a great company to deal with. I called customer service a few times to check on shipping status and they answered the phone the first time and within a few rings without me having to fight through some terrible automated system. Item showed up in damaged and in perfect working order and I would not hesitate to do business with them again in the future.

I was very apprehensive to think about buying a $7000 Samsung 78 inch on line. Ielectrica.com is the only sight that places their toll free number right at the top. After talking with them I felt at ease. I asked all kinds of questions and with their answers I ordered over the phone. My TV came early and in perfect condition. I am recommending that anyone interested in great prices and better service use Ielectrica, Hands down the best in the world.

Awesome is the word! These guys are great - great products, great prices (beat the competition by $800 WOW), and free shipping. The time it took to receive the product and and condition of the product at delivery were perfect. The driver was super and kept us informed of his arrival time. How can you top that? Delivery was timely and product arrived without even minor damage to packaging. Delivery service took the time to unpackage item and allow me to inspect......turned TV on to show that everything operated properly. Great price for a high quality product and service. Highly recommend !!

I received my 65' Samsung FRAME TV - it was damaged by the delivery team. I notified IELectrica a week ago and haven't heard back yet on next steps yet.

I've read all of the negative reviews of doing business with this company. IElectrica still has a chance to fix this and replace the TV before the credit card company gets involved, but the window is closing.

Everything went perfect with the order. The TV was in perfect condition. Shipping was exactly as described and went extremely well despite bad reviews and being it was around xmas. The communication on shipment status once the delivery was scheduled was actually better then the major carriers as it could be tracked online down to the trucks location and # of stops on delivery day.

Great pricing. Beat all the big box stores and Amazon too by hundreds of dollars for the exact item. TV arrived at the specified time and date and was undamaged. Delivery people opened the box and powered up the TV to make sure it worked. Took almost two weeks to receive after ordering, but that's likely because of the holiday volume of orders etc. Worth the wait. Had questions for ielectrica prior to delivery, and they answered promptly. Highly recommend ielectrica.com.

I was skeptical about ordering on line given the price and number of scammer TV sellers out there, especially in the NY and NJ area. Made a few calls to some of these places......totally different and pleasant experience with IElectrica....almost to good to be true...but they delivered within a few days of my order...which was very impressive. I needed customer support because I had to pay with money orders, but they handled all of that perfectly. Great company and would highly recommend!!

Your sales and listing were very accurate, you did a great job from a transaction perspective. When it comes to the shipper you used, the actual divers were perfect, however the shipper scheduling and customer service could use some work.

On another note, the manager at my local best buy who runs the tv department was upset I got a better buy with I electrics! He was suspicious only because it hurts his own business, but I'm only loyal to the seller with the best deals! Thanks ielectrica!
