... which in turn meant I had to call eBay and wait on hold forever, in order to cancel an associated protection plan. Ebay then had me call another number. Not to mention all the time I wasted researching and deciding on this company. What a waist of time.
They also lied and said that I cancelled, when it was their failure. So that's why they have such great reviews on ebay, fraudulent practices.
Purchased TV on website, called beforehand to make sure item was good and that all costs were included. They said, "yes."
Then, they called me 3 days later to process my "mandatory" shipping insurance cost of $267 before the item could be shipped.
Fantastic 8k 85 Samsung with seamless delivery. Plan on crew to start TV before leaving to confirm it is healthy. Personally love Apple TV screensaver videos in background >such a relaxing way to enjoy this beautiful planet.

I placed order on line but previously called to ask about insurance premium which was quoted over the phone. I wish they would reflect it when you submit order instead of receiving a call later (which I already knew due to my call)

I received my 65' Samsung FRAME TV - it was damaged by the delivery team. I notified IELectrica a week ago and haven't heard back yet on next steps yet.
I've read all of the negative reviews of doing business with this company. IElectrica still has a chance to fix this and replace the TV before the credit card company gets involved, but the window is closing.
Couldn't of had a better experience buying from this company. Did everything as advertised. Fast delivery when delivered the brouth the tv inside opened it up and turned it on to make sure it wasn't damaged and worked correctly. I will buy from them again.
They do appear to have valid stock, but can't seem to check out on line (shopping art and payment will never process). Calling them up, I figured out why. They advertise free shipping online, but when you finally call to place an order, you have to pay "shipping insurance" which is essentially the same or more than other sites charge for shipping. So no real savings, and a little bit of a bait and switch to advertise free shipping. It's not free.

Ielectra sent us a Canadian TV and I live in the USA. I called Samsung for support and was told I have no warranty since I live in the USA. Called ielectra and had no response. I will try one more time. If I get no Feedback, then the BBB.
Fast and friendly service. Would have been 5 stars if it weren't for the $225 additional charge for delivery. Also took awhile to deliver but is well. TV is amazing and well worth the wait.
I have ordered large items from iElectrica twice and both times they offered the lowest pricing I could find on the internet with reliable service and excellent communication. I purchased an extended warranty on my most recent purchase and the process was simple and the price was right. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them in the future and they'll be the first place I look when I am in need of electronics.
I received my Samsung TV at 11 PM at night from the shipping company. We proceeded to unpack the TV and turn it on. The delivery guy took a picture of the screen when we turned it on. Some of the packing was in the way of the bottom corners of the screen and it looked fine. Two days later my son and I installed the TV. Followed Samsungs installation video. Hung it on the wall and turned it on. Screen came up blue with a small line in the bottom corner. If I put a little pressure on that corner of the screen the TV would work like it should. The TV was definitely damaged. Called Samsung and they started a case number and told me to call the seller. We removed the TV from the wall and set it back in styrofoam and the screen cracked in multiple places. I packaged the TV back up in the packing and the box. This is where it has sat for 9 months. After many emails and calls I have been getting the run around. Now when I call and they take my order number and put me on hold until I hang up. The last correspondence I had with them over a month ago was they were resubmitting a claim to a secondary insurance company. I have over $4,000.00 in this TV with shipping insurance and warrantee. I strongly advise not buying a TV from IELECTRICA. As far as I am concerned if these Televisions are this delicate Samsung should not be selling them. Below is the picture of the TV when the driver unpacked it and when I hung it on the wall. Not worth taking the chance people.
I ordered a 65" OLED LG TV from iElectrica off of NewEgg Marketplace. I was mildly concerned after reading many reviews about extended times for receiving and poor customer service. I didn't experience either. I ordered on a Monday and received on a Friday with good notice, arrived within the delivery window, unboxed and powered on the set prior to leaving. Even afterwards, when I suspected a defective TV due to what was later determined to be defective wiring, they stated they would replace the TV if determined to be the issue. Went from worrying about who I ordered from to worrying about cables. A nice transition. I would recommend this seller.

This website tried to mislead me with a lower price for a Samsung QN85QN90AA 85 Inch Neo QLED 4K Smart TV and called the next to request payment for shipping insurance (an extra $300) that is not mentioned anywhere on the website. I had read of other websites doing this, and when I told the person who called that I wanted to cancel for this reason, he laughed and tried to play it off as if it was my fault. I wouldn't be surprised if the positive ratings for this website are fake. Buyer beware.
Saved money, product (Samsung sound bar) arrived in about seven days.

Answer: Yes. I just received my TV last week. It comes with a factory warranty from Samsung. It is brand new. Not B stock. Not open box. Not refurbished. The warranty checks out with Samsung registration as a genuine, valid Samsung warranty. You can register it online, like any other retail product.

They first ask for images of your TV screen to view and decide if its worthy of a repair, next you'll receive one of these BS emails! Hope all is well.
