There was a big shipping issue. Delivery company rescheduled delivery on their own 3 times. Only way I found out was by calling them the day before each delivery was supposed to come. A manager did call and apologize for the logistics issue and assured me the delivery will be here on the new delivery date (which it did and the guys were great). Seller was also responsive to this complaint. Otherwise, I would have given 5 starts!
The Samsung Smart TV that I purchased from ielectrica.com was exactly what I was looking for. I ordered the TV thru the website and it was delivered within a couple of days. However, ielectrica.com practice of adding a so-called "insurance" charge to the purchase price after the sale is both deceptive and unappreciated. When you advertise "free shipping", that means free shipping of the merchandise to its destination via means that are adequate to not harm the merchandise. Adding a so-called "insurance" after-the-fact is plain wrong and not appreciated. I doubt if it even covers insurance, because an insured items would have been packaged better than what I received. In my experience, the sleazy companies up in NY use this type of sales tactic, and I don't like it. I will be hesitant to shop with ielectrica.com in the future if they don't honor their free shipping claim.
I found a great deal on a new (2018) television. It took longer than expected to arrive and the shipping company that was used didn't provided the complete "white glove delivery" service that was paid for. Not really the fault of ielectrica. However, the tv is beautiful and works great.
The product was excellent, took a long time to actually get it, customer service calls to find out about product shipment and so forth were a bit construed between accents and getting the crossed fingers salute - the other guys problem or transport company or whatever - a few excuses or extra steps I guess. But it all worked out.
It was a great experience. Even the delivery team was great! I've had TV's delivered to my house before and they were never as professional as 'AM Transportation Logistics Inc' They actually took the tv up to my apartment, took it out of the box and checked to see if it was working, without an extra charge of 'white glove delivery'. Everybody else only takes it to the curb. I would definitely order from them again.
My order was shipped within 2 days of being ordered but didn't arrive until 7 days later. When it arrived locally it was shipped back to Atlanta and then returned to local hub. Not sure what that was about! Other than strange shipping, everything was fine.
Ielectrica really came through for me in my search for one of the last great plasma tvs. I had ordered one previously from a different company and it arrived damaged. A nightmare. I ran across ielectrica searching on Amazon and decided to give them a call. To my surprise a real person answered and went out of their way to answer all the questions and concerns I had. Long story short. I got a great price, the TV was delivered with white glove service on time and in great shape. I would buy from them again and I highly recommend ielectrica. Ordered a QLED tv from ielectrica, the ad clearly stated FREE shipping. Was contacted two days later and was told there was $129 mandatory shipping insurance. Avoid this SCAM of a company.
Great price for Samsung 75" q7 Tv (over $1,000 cheaper than anywhere). Just a bit apprehensive because of that so the 2 yr. Square Trade warranty was a given.
Time will tell if alls good but so far very happy with price, delivery!
In an age where amazon can ship to you same day, waiting over 2 weeks for a $3000 purchase is a bit frustrating. That said, the shipping timeline was accurately indicated on the listing and I got an awesome product at a great price. Very happy overall.
My order took 3 weeks to deliver and when the shipping company that was used to deliver my product advised the tv would come on a Friday, I took time off of work to be there. It didn't show up until the following Tuesday. I will give props for the pricing so I guess that is the trade-off.

Purchased a "very large" Samsung tv at a super price. Easy pay without pressure to buy extras. The shipping was ultra quick and the delivery guys unboxed and set it up in order to make sure everything was working ok. Can't get any better!
Price was great. Time between placing the order and shipment seemed too long and the delay prompted me to inquire. I thought the communication could have been better and the shipping process should be explained before I start asking "where's my TV?" So I would recommend improvement in managing/communicating the process between purchase and delivery.
Dealing with iElectrica was an easy, pleasant experience. I had originally placed my TV order with an online electronics company called Big Box Superstore which turned into a nightmare of hidden fees. Luckily I was able to cancel that order and place it with ielectica. The sales staff at ielectrica is professional and do not try scare tactics to get you to immediately place an order as other online sellers. I knew the full delivered cost prior to placing my order, and delivery was very fast. I will most certainly order from them in the future.
It was great buying my TV through ielectricca.com, process was straight forward and easy. However, patience is required as delivery takes much longer than most. The TV was new in box in perfect condition. The price was very competitive with the best prices on eBay from legitimate sellers. The delivery took a few weeks but was free. The box was not damaged in any way and looked like it just came out of the factory when it arrived. The delivery men were outstanding and plugged it in to make sure it worked before I accepted delivery.

They first ask for images of your TV screen to view and decide if its worthy of a repair, next you'll receive one of these BS emails! Hope all is well.
