I had messaged them with a few questions regarding delivery and they responded very quickly and clearly. The TV showed up in fine condition. You have to do the install yourself, but that was expected. I am still very happy with the hundreds of $ saved by purchasing it from ielectrica rather than some local big box store.
All in all a great buying experience. Fantastic price and the TV was 100% brand new. Delivery took less time than expected, and there were zero issues. I will definitely be using this seller again for future tv purchases.

I purchased this TV over 4 years ago. That's a long time to wait to see if I'm satisfied. I recommend that you improve your customer service by doing follow-up in a more timely manner. Other than that, the transaction went well, and I don't remember any issues.
I got the Samsung 78" curved screen. Two extra pairs of 3D glasses and 5 year in home parts and labor warranty and still $500.00 less that retail!
It was delivered to my home with white glove service in less than a week!

Shipping took to long and tracking number provided no real time information
Shipping co came an hour before the scheduled window and then left because we weren't there (weren't supposed to be!) Then I had to wait until the next week for the delivery to come again and they came a half hour before the window again! I asked for a refund for my shipping cost bc or all pf the missed time at work and haven't heard anything yet.
Like many of the other reviewers on this site, I was surprised to get a call from "First Class TVs" (based on the Caller ID) informing me that I would need to pay $140 in freight insurance to ship the TV. I immediately cancelled my order, as there are many other sites offering a similar price on the TV I wanted that do not charge for the freight insurance. Wish I would have read these reviews before I placed the order!
I was very apprehensive to think about buying a $7000 Samsung 78 inch on line. Ielectrica.com is the only sight that places their toll free number right at the top. After talking with them I felt at ease. I asked all kinds of questions and with their answers I ordered over the phone. My TV came early and in perfect condition. I am recommending that anyone interested in great prices and better service use Ielectrica, Hands down the best in the world.

I was skeptical about ordering on line given the price and number of scammer TV sellers out there, especially in the NY and NJ area. Made a few calls to some of these places...totally different and pleasant experience with IElectrica...almost to good to be true...but they delivered within a few days of my order...which was very impressive. I needed customer support because I had to pay with money orders, but they handled all of that perfectly. Great company and would highly recommend!

Instead of ordering online, I called and spoke with a very knowledgeable person. He answered all my questions and supplied me with an accurate NON CHANGING price. Your sales and listing were very accurate, you did a great job from a transaction perspective. When it comes to the shipper you used, the actual divers were perfect, however the shipper scheduling and customer service could use some work.
On another note, the manager at my local best buy who runs the tv department was upset I got a better buy with I electrics! He was suspicious only because it hurts his own business, but I'm only loyal to the seller with the best deals! Thanks ielectrica!
My experience was very enjoyable. I saved hundreds of dollars by purchasing my TV from ielectrica. I was worried about the shipping company after reading some negative comments on line about them. But they did an excellent job of delivering my set with no damage or issues. The tv works perfectly and is as described.

I bought a Samsung from iElectrica.com, they were very helpful to describe TV features and do a comparison with recommendation. I get it the best price in the market and received it as expected. I looked at other website such as "Abe's of Maine", "Nice Electronics"...etc but definitely iElectrica.com blow everyone by far. I will give them A++++
Great pricing. Beat all the big box stores and Amazon too by hundreds of dollars for the exact item. TV arrived at the specified time and date and was undamaged. Delivery people opened the box and powered up the TV to make sure it worked. Took almost two weeks to receive after ordering, but that's likely because of the holiday volume of orders etc. Worth the wait. Had questions for ielectrica prior to delivery, and they answered promptly. Highly recommend ielectrica.com.
IElectrica gave exactly what they promised. My brother also bought it from them. The only complaint would be the shipping speed was a snail pace, but that is why the price is so good. Will no doubt look to buy large electronics from them again in the future. They were great responding to my questions too.
Was marginally concerned about purchasing an item at this price and delivery by an 18 wheeler(had to meet the truck off of my gated community as it could not get into the property); box had a couple of small holes in it, but item was well protected with styrofoam; no injuries to item and setup was straightforward; very happy with purchase and experience;

The time it took to receive the product and and condition of the product at delivery were perfect. The driver was super and kept us informed of his arrival time. How can you top that? The warranty checks out with Samsung registration as a genuine, valid Samsung warranty. You can register it online, like any other retail product.

They first ask for images of your TV screen to view and decide if its worthy of a repair, next you'll receive one of these BS emails! Hope all is well.
