Bad Quality

Honestly not the worst quality hence the 2 stars but looks like they did get a new manufacture so it's taken a massive dive in quality. Tons of loose strings and pants don't have drawstring as shown. Also the graphic is decent at best. Would not purchase this given the expense of their items.

A Distressing First-Time Experience

I've always believed in giving every business a fair chance, even when I encounter some negative reviews, I often attribute them to minor instances of customer dissatisfaction or discrepancies. I recently chose to give iEDM a try, in search of trendy and unique clothing pieces. However, it's safe to say that my first experience was anything but satisfying.

After scouring their wide selection and settling on some items that piqued my interest, I promptly placed an order, eager to receive the clothes I had handpicked. I was hopeful about my choices and was looking forward to incorporating them into my wardrobe. However, as the days rolled by, the initially palpable excitement gradually turned into disheartening disappointment.

Two weeks post my purchase, I found myself without any delivered items, despite being promptly charged upon order placement. Even in the age of logistic challenges, a two-week delay with no prior communication is unacceptable. My attempts at reaching out to their support were initially met with apathy, bordering on negligence.

Once I decided to cut my losses and ask for a refund, I was appalled to find out that they were charging me a 15% restocking fee for a mishap clearly at their end. This felt nothing short of a slap in the face. To add insult to injury, they offered a paltry $20 credit as an alternative to the refund, a woefully inadequate compensation for my time, patience, and the inconveniences suffered.

The entire ordeal has been a frustrating lesson in online shopping, particularly with iEDM. Their customer service and fulfillment process leaves a lot to be desired and certainly does not live up to the promises they make on their website. The process was characterized by an egregious lack of communication and a clearly deficient refund policy.

As a first-time customer, I feel neglected and taken advantage of. This experience has certainly discouraged me from using their service again. For any potential buyers considering iEDM, I would advise caution, so you don't find yourself in the same predicament I did. At the very least, you deserve a shopping experience marked by respect, prompt communication, and a fair refund policy when things go awry - sadly, my experience with iEDM fell significantly short on all these counts.

Shipping was a little slow but customer service and quality was way better than I expected. I'll definitely be placing another order before festival season so can't complain,., just keep in mind most of their merch has a 5 day made-to-order time

I love the outfit I got but my experience could have been better. I ordered and outfit that included matching shorts, a shirt and mask. When it came in the mail the mask was missing! But I reached out to IEDM and they responded quickly to send me the matching mask in before EDC weekend. And the clothes are great quality and extremely comfortable. Will be ordering again soon!

This company sucks!

Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money someplace that's actually going to send you, your products! Also find a company that actually holds itself accountable, they don't answer complaints, requests, or any other type of inquiry about where your products could be. I was forced to use a 3rd party tracking app that is garbage. Not to mention I'm sure they sell your captured info for their profit. The tracking app doesn't work, and you won't actually be able to speak with anyone regarding your transactions. So again do yourself a favor, and skip the B.S

First and last time ordering. Lol

Tried to- order a hoodie and a blanket, they had a certain coupon code to where if I spent an extra few dollars I'd get a 25-30% off my entire order, a Black Friday sale. Their stuff is EXPENSIVE, I'm aware. I looked through their clearance and found a Sherpa blanket for under $10, (sounds ridiculous if you see their pricing on this website, but it was an all white Sherpa so I assumed since their stuff is for raves and super bright and detailed, this specific plain white blanket just wasn't selling- so the sale price seemed realistic. Few days later I get an email that they made a mistake, didn't honor what they mistyped on their website, but sent me an email with someone's PAYPAL to finish paying off the $60 that I "owed" them and said they could give me 30% off my order. I didn't want to spent another $90 to get to the 30% off, that's why I looked through the clearance and ordered the blanket lol?!?! And if I couldn't find something a little bit cheaper I just straight up wouldn't have even ordered from them. The only reason I made the purchase was because all I had to spend was an extra few dollars to be able to use the coupon code. The whole ordeal was just really unprofessional, and when I emailed them back if my order would be cancelled - to make sure I get my $60 something back they don't respond.I'm gonna wait another day for an email back, I guess I'll have to call the bank to dispute the transaction. Just super disappointed. When we put out the wrong price on a sign at my job we have to honor that price for the customer, since it's our mess up. Ugh. How do you mistype a $90+ blanket for $9.95 blanket

So I have this site a try so you won't have to. I bought a hoodie that appeared to be a beautiful cosmic appearance online. In person it was so pixelated or looked dirty and ugly Naturally, I asked for a refund and got hit with the notorious '15% restocking fee". Alright fine. But on top of that you get no return label... Which cost ten bucks just to send back. That was an insane ride that you don't have to take now.

Horrible lies!

No refund or exchanges. Instead they give a 10% discount as compensation. One, you can get better discount just by spinning the wheel and two, why would I shop there again. The mask quality are horrible and the non filter ones are so tiny that they do not pass the candle test. They change manufactures which provide very low quality mask which is their excuse for the change in product quality. They are a scam.

No product, refused refund, tried to extort more money from me to get product I paid for, ton then to small claims court and made them pay up $3000. Check out the unpaid judgements against them... they are currently under investigation I was told by my local sheriff's office... note pictures, the address on the invoice is correct and my address...
User's recommendation: Stay away they are a scam positive reviews are from friends and family to negate negative reviews.

Ordered during Covid, so I expected slow service as I ordered to Canada. It was worth the 2 month wait! Beautiful Clothing! Also worth the couple extra bucks! Ordered hoodies, tee shirts and tanks. All we need now is amazing tights and pants to go with them! Love my orders so much!

I ordered four masks. One finally arrived, after a month and eventually inquiring about them (arrived a few days later, amazingly, ha). I got one. It wasn't that bad, seemed alright. But the missing ones got me. The crazy long battle I had to get a refund for those. My goodness. That was if they chose to respond, or if I'd have to send another, more aggressive email to get anything out of them. When the "person" switched from Krist to Joanna, I got an apology and a quick refund. Took weeks for that simple move, instead of seemingly forgetting my case or saying that they would "rush produce" them, or that they had shipped but didn't have a tracking number apparently? Don't buy from these guys. The one mask I got ain't bad, but the battle thereafter is not worth it, not one bit. Don't give them your money or you may not get it back (unless you get a persistent stick up your butt, I guess).

Everyone is bashing the wait times for these masks, which is terrible, much longer than what they advertise. (Ordered one filtered mask over a month ago)
According to them my mask has been delivered, but I haven't seen it yet. You also can't file for a missing product until 5 days after the "delivery date."
My biggest problem with them is that I believe they are misrepresenting or out and out lying about where their products are manufactured. I have now asked about this 4 times via their email support team as well as through Facebook messenger. They say that their filtered masks use materials from China, but are made in the US. They say that all materials are inspected and vetted, but won't say what that process looks like. They'll readily tell you that their non filtered masks are made in California, but when asked about the filtered ones they only say "Put together in the US."
Furthermore, my mask was shipped by DHL, an international courier, and supposedly originated in Orlando, FL; one of the biggest portals for international shipping to the US.
This, mixed with the wait time that I typically only see for my international orders, is very suspicious.
I don't trust this company one bit, buyer beware.
