I don't know how this business is still open after many reviews stated the same thing about the scam they do to customers of membership renewal. I contacted customer service right after my account was billed for a membership renewal, and I was assured that the membership would be canceled and a refund would be issued. I didn't think that I need to save proof of speaking with someone when I'm certain I did they said they don't have records of me calling! I filed a dispute Two months later I received a denial letter, stating that they would still charge me for the unused membership renewal of $300. Even though I was never happy with their Coolsculpting I did over a year ago on my neck. The place was understaffed they had machine issues and it was so hard to book appointments. They seem determined to take your money without justification. My recommendation is to never store your credit card details with them, as it seems they are only interested in taking your money and

Went in for the appointment decided not to get the service because it was not the same as what the virtual appointment told me been up there twice to talk to amie to get documentation the services that I supposedly got She refuses to talk to me, goes in our office and shuts the door.

I have attempted to cancel a simple appointment due to the fact they couldn't get me the treatment for over a month. I received treatment at another location. They are now harassing me and refusing to give me a refund for services I never received. I was never informed that I could not get a refund if I cancelled the appointment. This company has seriously unethical business practices and trys to trick people into services telling them that NEED them. This is a purely cosmetic no one NEEDS these services. They won't stop calling me and trying yo retain me as a client. After this nightmare I will never be a client of yours. Leave me alone and give me my money back.
Spent $6,000 and I should've gone with sonobello. Coolsculpting what a waste very little to no results and in fact feel like I gained weight around the areas that were done. I work out and eat healthy so this is more frustrating and disappointed. Wish they should have advised to wait after I turned 50, only would have waited 1 year later. Employees were nice which is why I gave it a 2 star rating.

Also, I "fell" for the buy Alle program; it was an extra $279.00, supportively gives you discounts on future treatments. There will be NO future treatments and I feel SICK TO MY STOMACH for allowing Ideal Image, to "real" me in; I took before and after pics also and to date...I HAVE NOT LOST AN INCH! They need to be INVESTIGATED... SERIOUSLY!
Very bad customer care I showed up for my appointment. They told me that I was not able to be seen when I called the one 800 number to let them know what happened. They offered me a $20 coupon for my next service. I have been a long-term customer and drove one hour each way to get there and this is not the way to treat patients, very dissatisfied with their service

Upon discovering an unexpected $299.00 fee charged to my account, I sought clarification. To my dismay, the clerk seemed uncertain about the charges and offered no assurance of a refund. Requesting a copy of my contract, I was promised one but faced endless delays and excuses upon my visit to the office. If you want to get No results with coolsculpting, go to this company. The only fat you're gonna lose is A FAT couple of thousand dollars. Same with laser hair removal. They offer a membership then when you go for touch ups it's $50-$120 each time. I'm talking about my personal experience!

Areas did not AT ALL and have resulted in even more hair growth. I worked with the company as they suggested more treatments and nothing changed. I received a call as well as an email confirming a claim resolution in the amount of $1,368.08 for the 2 areas of concern- email attached. When following up, I was told there are no funds for the claim and claim is denied- even though it was confirmed to be approved by the 2 clinics visited.

They advertise laser hair free services but do not guarantee anything after thousands of dollars spent and only to cause more hair growth where there was non in spots treated. I canceled my appt on the next business day. I was not told the bare on my credit card was not canceled. When I originally made the appt I was not aware my card would be charged for Botox units prior to my 2/7/24 appt. Now this charge is under review. I just want my $$$ credited back.
They harass you to schedule a free consultation, make you pay on the spot for the service you're inquiring about. My appointment was scheduled for 12/21 and they rescheduled because I had a dental cleaning. I understand that. Then they rescheduled because it was raining. Then they rescheduled again because the nurses were out. Then I decided to go to a different location. I drove 40 minutes for them to deny my service because I had laser treatment on my cheeks 1 week prior. This was mentioned in my medical history I filled out prior to arriving. I leave the country in 3 days for 9 months. They have no openings. I wasted my money. This place is absolutely a scam. As soon as they get your money, you are no longer a priority and they will go out of their way to ensure you do not receive your service.
On 2/22/2023 I paid for Ultherapy Treatment $2000.00 I received Ulth-peri-oral (250.00) and Ulth-Upper face - full face (656.25) Not even halfway through the treatment I begged the girl to stop because of the pain involved. She kept laughing at me and said her grandmother did the procedure two days earlier without a problem. She never offered me a topical anesthetic, which was sitting right on the counter. The procedure was not completed. I never received the Ulth-Lower face-Full face. ($1092.75) I had also prepaid for Ulth - Decolletage $730.60 and Ulth Full Neck $1074.40. I never received the treatment because I cancelled the appointment. I called their 800 number at least 17 times only to be put on hold for hours on end, and when i did get through to someone they kept telling me that they had to escalate the problem and could not help me. Even though I called 17 times, and cancelled all future appointments, they still billed my credit card an additional 50.00 for non-cancellation of appintment. Yes thats right! I want a refund of the money that they owe me and I am also filing a complaint with the NYS Attorney Generals Office. They owe me a total refund of 250,656.25,1093.95,50.00 for the cancellation, 730.60 and 1074.40 and 299.00 because I cancelled the yearly subscription as well for a total of $4154.00
This procedure, cool sculping is a total ripoff. It does not work. They don't tell you about the result limitation upfront before you sign the contract. Don't waste your money!
I booked full face and underarms laser removal with them and my loan application was accepted but since they were booked out of appointments for over a month, they said they would have to re-do the loan on the day I'm visiting. So I make it to my appointment and the full face laser treatment was only the lower half of my face and neck - apparently nose and forehead doesn't count under face and need to get a added on package for additional $1600 and I called my loan provider to ask regarding the payment start date and they said they haven't received any loan application? So ideal image went ahead and did my procedure without an active payment and now I'm supposed to pay them $500 for one setting? Could you help me make sense of the customer service? On the day I went to my appointment I asked them if everything's taken care of and I was told yes? Over priced and would not recommend, please take your business to Milan - they actually care about you and provide the best service.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Ideal Image, and I feel compelled to share my frustrating ordeal. In all my years as a consumer, I have never encountered a more dishonest and unscrupulous company.
My issue with Ideal Image began when they took out a line of credit for a facial hair removal service they never provided. It's nothing short of theft. I I had scheduled an appointment with Ideal Image in September; however, the day before the scheduled appointment, I received a call informing me that the technician was unavailable and that my service would have to be canceled. I never received a call about rescheduling. However, I received a statement in the mail from the credit company stating $2000 was charged for their services. I called the credit company to tell them I never received services, and they advised me to contact Ideal Image to get a refund credited back.
When I called Ideal Image, I was met with indifference and excuses. They acknowledged that I never received any services, and that THEY canceled my services. However, they claimed that they couldn't refund me for the service, citing vague reasons. It was abundantly clear that they had no intention of rectifying their mistake.
This experience has left me with a credit balance on my credit report for a service I never received, and I am deeply frustrated. Ideal Image has demonstrated a complete lack of integrity. It's outrageous that they can take money for services they never deliver and then refuse to issue refunds.

I contacted them. I wanted two services. They gave me a price for the two treatments based on the number of UNITS that they said I needed. I had the treatment that I contracted for.
I loved the women working there and was happy with my treatments and so far the results are on track. The problem was they estimated that I would need less units than they designed for me for the results I wanted. They will NOT REFUND a the difference of what they said I would need and what their professional person said I needed. $1,500.
So, they can tell you its going to cost one thing, have you sign a contract saying no refunds, and then refuse to return any monies for services they say you dont need! No matter what you say and to whom you say it. Their stance is sorry about your luck but you signed a contract saying no refunds. Attached is where I paid for 7.2 units but I only needed 4.8.

Answer: Absolutely not. I didn't need much to begin with. My lip flip, which the tech suggested, lasted about 3 weeks. I specifically told her that I wanted my forehead not to move & last as long as possible. I live 2 hrs away. She used Xeomin which doesn't offer the results I specifically requested. She also added on crows feet, my 11's & in-between my eyes, without authorizing with me! I barely needed my forehead. Definitely didn't need or authorize her add on services. It was all a waste of $$$$. Maybe she need extra $$$$! I'm sure I'm not the only one thos happened too.
