No appointments yet so I disputed on my credit card
No Doctors or nurse follow up to answer questions when question who was doing procedure they replied nurse Dakota I requested last name so I could look up her Bio Rachel informed me it was against the Hippa act which is BS. First Caution... not knowing who doing a procedure to your body. Not explaining procedure and the pain level that might exist... Did my part told them I wanted to cancel said a contract was in place so I had no service completed I disputed with credit card company. A little over 5200. Dollars my present to my self after hubby passed away in August. Now I waiting on my credit card to resolve let cross our fingers gals. I keep you updated
I paid over $8000 for my daughter's laser and at the time we were told that all the touch ups will be free. Unfortunately, after the regular appointments ended the hair on the arms and the face are still around. Actually much thicker in the arms than before. Then, when we went for so Called touchups the show us a part in our contract that says we have to pay 10% for these additional services. Now they have even increased those fees by 50%. My recommendation watch out and do not believe what they say.
My recent encounter with the front desk clerk Jasmine at Ideal Image Located in Brandon left me deeply disappointed. Upon discovering an unexpected $299.00 fee charged to my account, I sought clarification. To my dismay, the clerk seemed uncertain about the charges and offered no assurance of a refund. Requesting a copy of my contract, I was promised one but faced endless delays and excuses upon my visit to the office. Despite driving there in person, the clerk failed to provide the printout or even follow through with the promised email. Frustratingly, when I inquired about seeking assistance from someone else, I was informed she was the sole point of contact.
Having been a loyal client of Ideal Image for over a decade without prior issues, this encounter was an egregious departure from the service standard I had come to expect. The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer service exhibited by this particular clerk is deeply concerning. As a customer, I value clear communication and respect for my time, both of which were blatantly disregarded. It's disheartening to witness such a decline in professionalism and integrity within a company I once held in high regard. In light of this disappointing experience, I urge Ideal Image to reevaluate its customer service protocols and ensure that all staff members uphold the standards of excellence that the company prides itself on.
This company is disreputable. They use a high pressure sales pitch over the phone, quoting you a hefty price but then tell you about discounts that can only happen if you sign today. When you ask if you can cancel if you change your mind they say yes... but they mean WITHOUT getting your money back, only transferring it to "other services." This company uses shady tactics and unethical business practices. They have over 2800 complaints on BBB and their corporate reps sound like scripted robots who just give you the same answer in different ways and skirting questions about being able to speak with a supervisor.
My consultation was for ultherapy in which I purchased and had the expensive treatment. Ultherapy took maybe 3 minutes and told results would show in 3-6 months. Complete waste of money. Will never recommend this spa to anyone. If you want any work done, spend your money on professionals in the medical field. Be careful on your consultation with these people as they need to rope you into a membership.
Don't do it! I had multiple Cool sculpting treatments on 3 different areas of body over a year and there has been zero change. Zero! It does not work. I could have spent just as much on lipo (almost $7000) which would have 100% worked. Lesson learned. Now, saving up for lipo.

I was having a positive experience with them until I became pregnant. They stated that I could not get treatments while pregnant so I didn't... fast-forward, had the baby, tried to reschedule and got denied! Mind you I had already paid for the treatments in full and only got like 3 sessions on 3 body parts when I paid for like 12 sessions each on 7 body parts! Not only that but they said my contract expired when they're the ones who told me I had to take the time off. No where did it say to only sign if you don't plan on becoming pregnant within the time of the contract. It's such a scam, I can't believe I fell into it.
Do not ever ever fall for this. Once you pay the money, you will keep following up with them and the final outcome will nowhere be close to original promise. I gave all the money in advance and all I received in return were the promises. After several follow up and frustrating journey, I underwent the procedure which ended up being absolutely useless. This is very gimmicky and I would never recommend it for anyone.
If I could give a zero rating... I would. I paid in full for brazillian and facial hair removal. After one treatment, I experienced what they called a "thermal reaction". Basically, I ended up with blisters and burns on my labia and anus. I contacted them about a refund. I spoke with 5 separate individuals and each time was told "someone" would get back to me and that it "was being looked into". Eventually they just stopped responding to my calls and emails. That is $3000. 00 I've lost. Not to mention my pain and time it took to try to resolve this matter. I've documented everything and so far it's 19 hours of my time trying to get a simple refund for a treatment that caused physical harm. I would advise anyone considering this service to proceed with extreme caution.
I take pride in responsible decision making, and calculating risks. The sales
Rep asked to pull my credit, to find out if I qualify for their third party vendor payment program. I do. I know I do. This is my second time setting up a consult in a year, and after expressing I wanted to think about a payment plan or paying in full, the rep Molly Forish, verbally reprimanded me and became pushy and overly aggressive with her approach. She essentially said I won't make the decision and read out my Google searches for cool sculpting over the past year, which was quite frankly weird. I told her she was trying to sales pitch me - which irritated her even more. Before I could say I would reach back out to her again - which I WAS going to do (I've changed my mind), she ended the call - clearly out of frustration. Horrible experience. Stay away. Bedside manner leaves much to be desired.
This is a money maker machine. They are very nice with you until you buy your treatment but after that is just a nightmare! There is no help no conversation, the treatment itself doesn't work or last. So please believe on this review here for you well
I contacted them inquiring about fillers for a couple scars on my cheeks and was talked into ultherapy. I was told it would be a life changer for me. I had to wait two months for an appointment and when I had the treatment done, it was very painful. By that evening, I had welts all over my face and blisters on my chin. I contacted them and sent pictures to be told it was normal. After researching, I knew it was not normal and must have been done incorrectly. I was also told there was zero downtime. This was very untrue for me as my face took weeks to heal. Nine months later, I had zero results. I would not recommend ever having ultherapy done here and going to a doctor that knows what they are doing.
I agreed to a service. I borrowed the money from Ally. Before i ever went for an appt, my income was cut in half. Ally agreeing to cancel. Ideal Image reps acted like payday loan sharks on the phone. Aggressive and rude. Offered me $300 off as a one time courtesy and told me otherwise i had to pay in full that day. Like hell. Ally has been very understanding. Ideal image trying to strong arm me into treatment i don't want and cannot pay for due to income reduction. Never again.
I did very aggressive treatments of cool sculpting to target my belly, my only problem area. I saw absolutely no results. I wasn't looking for a miracle, just less belly fat, and for the amount of money I spent I could have gotten a tummy tuck and seen actual results. Please, please, read reviews before you do this, it cost me 10 grand to feel even worse about myself.
I had the bad idea to contact this company to get some treatments and purchase a treatment for my neck, at the time of the treatment the nurse on charge started explaining for me the treatment and clearly said I don't need that + many informations were missed by the consultant on the video call. In the end and they do not accept cancelations, I do not feel comfortable and confident to get any treatment from them. They have the worse customer services ever and do not recommend them at all for anything.
They had to reschedule me for my lip filler to a different location that was farther. I was a little late so they wouldn't take me and were not apologetic at all. Then when I reschedule and sat there for 20 min, they told me I can never get filler there because on my medical record I disclosed that I almost passed out from a penicillin shot when I was 18! Over 12 years ago...even though I've had fillers done multiple places since then! What kind of place will do Botox on me but reject me for fillers for this!? Doesn't make sense and I had already paid for the fillers on a black Friday deal... still have not received a single email!
Because of cancer issues, I attempted to cancel my contract. Told it couldn't be done and I would owe almost $4000. Told materials had already been ordered. Now these are materials that are generic and used on each customer. So they could simply cancel the contact and use the materials on the next patient. So far they have refused. Am contacting our state attorney general. This company should be driven out of business.
Purchased a $3000 laser hair removal service. Did not work for me at all, I end up getting way more hair then what I had. When they saw my before picture from my first visit and my pictures after My 6 treatment they acted surprised and switched me to another machine and offered me 4 free sessions while I was asking for a refund. I did 2 sessions and it's getting worst more hair is showing up. It's been months and I can't get help with my refund or to get a reply on my email with the manager. They will try anything just to not give a refund back and they always put you on hold for ever. Worst laser hair removal place I've ever been at
Results were minimal, price was higher than competitor. Initially recommended to do six applicators on the first visit and four on the second visit. Compared to Associated Skin Care it looked like a better value, $3795 versus $500 per applicator. At treatment the nurse instead decided on four applicators on the first visit and two on the second. The results were poor. The treatment they wound up choosing was $795 more than what the competitor would have charged. Yet they insisted we had used up the treatments and would have to start over and pay for any additional applicators. I typed and provided this information to give Ideal Image a chance to make it right but received no response.
Answer: Yes, I had to go to the hospital where they treated me for BURNS that Nicola at Ideal Image gave me while doing Laser treatment. Dr Angela Fisher at Ideal Image is unprofessional and relies on her 17 years of bad experience.
Answer: Absolutely not. I didn't need much to begin with. My lip flip, which the tech suggested, lasted about 3 weeks. I specifically told her that I wanted my forehead not to move & last as long as possible. I live 2 hrs away. She used Xeomin which doesn't offer the results I specifically requested. She also added on crows feet, my 11's & in-between my eyes, without authorizing with me! I barely needed my forehead. Definitely didn't need or authorize her add on services. It was all a waste of $$$$. Maybe she need extra $$$$! I'm sure I'm not the only one thos happened too.
Answer: Absolutely not! I spent $1800 and within 4 months my lines above my lips returned!
