I ordered a quantity of 12, and the order was somehow processed as quantity 1. The item was $1.89 for quantity 1 with an additional 6.99, for Shipping & Handling. When I inquired about an error in ordering, I was told my option was to return but the S/H would be my responsibility. The obvious resolution would have been to charge me for the additional 11 and waive S/H. This was not an option. Poor Customer
Service at is best. Beware!

Horrible customer service

I am so unhappy with ideal fit right now! I have ordered from them in the past, no issues and receive my product just fine well I placed another order with them and it was sent to an old address that I have not lived at for years. Needless to say I never got the protein I ordered. When I finally realized that it was shipped to my old address I notified the company and they basically told me too bad and to go track down my order at this random person‘s house and try to obtain it from them and that they would not refund or resend me the protein I ordered! There's $50 down the drain! Horrible customer service I will not be ordering again from them.

It took almost a month to get here and tracking information wasn't updating. The back part of the lid on the shaker doesn't close all the way, so a lot of force is required to prevent making a mess. The caramel moca flavor, isn't good. It has a strong aftertaste, I'm assuming it's from the artificial sweetener. Halfway into using the powder, I found the scooper (at that point I had assumed it didn't come with one) I dug it out with a clean measurement spoon and there were hair like fibers attached to the scooper. I can't say for sure that its hair but I'm disgusted. Not worth it for me.

Don't like it

I am glad I just got the sampler pack only. The shake is aweful sweet, I made it work for me with double amount of liquid. BUT the artificial taste was really bad. I really wanted to like this, dissapointed

I purchased 4 of their protein canisters and one arrived without the safety seal. They wanted me to pay to ship the canister back to them. If I had caused the problem I would understand me paying to return the item. However, they shipped the canister to me without the safety seal. This was an expensive lesson for me. It would have cost me as much to return the container as it would have for me to purchase another one. So that one went in the trash, today you just can't be to sure that someone didn't tamper with the product. It could have been one of their employees with a grudge or a honest mistake, but I'm not going to use a possible contaminated product or waist my money to send it back to them. It's bad enough that I spent the money to begin with. However, they will not rip me off for any more of my hard earned money.

I ordered 50 bucks worth of products from IdealFit. The products were sent to a non-existent address. When I message them to have the products send to the correct address they they refused to correct the address. So, how do I get my products to the correct address if you are unwilling to correct the shipping address? The person assisting me with this wasn't able to give me any solutions. So, I cancelled my order. Soo disappointed with their customer service and shipping service.

This business does not always provide accurate descriptions of its products. I bought two bundles of the month, which were supposed to include 30 servings of each clear whey protein in each container, 120 servings of their green tea extract in each bottle, and 6 of their Goodness Bars in each box. The Goodness Bars was the only product with an accurate serving amount posted. In reality, the clear whey protein containers only 20 servings per container, and the green tea extracts offered 60 servings per bottle. The cost ended up being 1.75x more expensive due to these inaccurate servings descriptions, which were posted in both the titles of the products and on the photos of their products. I realized afterwards that they post the accurate serving amounts in the nutritional information tab, but you have to go to each product separately to access this particular information (if they even offer the product outside of the bundle, that is). The Cola and Iced Tea clear whey protein shakes were not offered outside of this bundle to verify this information.
Cost breakdown:
Promised: $34.99/(30+30+120+6)=$0.19 per serving
Provided: $34.99/(20+20+60+6)=$0.33 per serving
33/19=1.75 (approximately)

Made Me Sick

DO NOT USE THESE PRODUCTS! The vitamins made me very sick and when I reached out to the company they were so dismissive and would not give me a refund or replace the items. I would not trust a company that will allow someone to be getting sick over their vitamins and literally do nothing.

I ordered a tub of the chocolate brownie and sample packs of the mint chocolate and strawberries and cream. I will rate each separately.

Chocolate Brownie- absolutely delicious. Could taste more like chocolate but still the best protein powder I've ever tasted and I've tried atleast 6 or 7. Veeerrrry sweet, my boyfriend can't drink it at all but I still like it. Could be less sweet for sure. Dissolves so fast. Not grainy at all. I make it with half water, half cashew milk. My only issue with it is it makes me suuuuper nauseous, bloated, and if I drink it on its own I also get pretty bad stomach pains even though I take it with a digestive enzyme that helps digest both protein and lactose. Its just too strong for my belly. I won't be buying it again which sucks but atleast it tastes good so I'll finish the tub.

Mint chocolate - same as the chocolate brownie except it has mint to it aswell. Tastes very good. Same problems digesting it.

Strawberries and cream-absolutely the grossest thing I have ever tasted in my life. Tastes like chemical. I took 3 sips and had to chuck it. Thank God I only bought the sample of it. I'm grateful they have samples.

Final opinion. Tastes great, dissolves great, hurts the belly. I suggest using a different company for whey or maybe vegan will be less harsh on the belly.

This website is a Joke!

I was so excited to finally give in and try to do the shakes and the pills and the pink drink. I spent like $90 with the black Friday specials. My email says I ordered (and received an email on the 26th) but then says I ordered on the 27th. I received an email December 1st my order had been shipped and schedule to deliver on the 2nd (over nighting basically - didn't figure it'd be true) I checked back on the 4th and swear it said it would be delivered on the 8th (sounds about right). Go to check tracking on the 8th and it's showing the label has been made but fed ex has yet to receive the package
Phone numbers are "down" no one responds to emails and the chat people are morons (for real!)
"Sara" bless her heart. Told me since it had a tracking number it meant they didn't have my package "Mason" first told me he'd contact fed ex to look into updating my order allow 24-24 hours messaged back tonight and he's now telling it takes a while to get it looked into so be patient and allow 3-5 days
It's gonna take them longer to "look into this" than it would be to actually ship my damn order.
