I'm unaccustomed to video chat and uncomfortable, so I didn't know what to expect. We really need refund money now that was held up. I tried to verify my info on my own with the IRS and this time with the self serve option multiple times. Getting the picture right, using two different devices and multiple attempts almost made me give up. Then I tried video. Using this service was so easy! It told you exactly how long it would be till a call back and timed minutes so I was able to grab a bite and not worry about callback. The agent was sweet the process took less than a minute.
