I requested some personal information. The documents requested were correct, it was easy. Organized and very clear.
This is the worse service ever provided by the IRS. We are simply unable to access any government websites and have submitted 7 documents requested. ID Me has rejected all our documents in addition to being unresponsive. They find something wrong with every document we have submitted. This is the biggest waste of taxpayer dollars as they are preventing access to hundreds of government agencies.,
