While this app can be started from any popular modern web browser, it always requires a cellphone for image collection. PC based web cameras or built-in laptop cameras are not supported. If started from a PC, the procedure bounces you back and forth between the cellphone and PC. This ping-pong behavior isn't obvious to a casual user and thus the whole process appears to hang. The in-line help always assumes the whole process started on the cellphone so no mention of the going back and forth. The whole process was designed with no human factors input. I wouldn't recommend it for casual users or older people.
Did not save a prior use from another website. Had to remake my account at took 8 tries per side to get the damn drivers license to upload. They don't tell you a max pixel size so have fun cropping the pictures!
