I do not have a driver's license just an ID card so could not use driver's license option my address is different and logged with the IRS through identity verification there but you do not give the option to enter a new address therefore blocking me out of the IRS website because the addresses do not match the process was overall difficult and annoying

The steps to follow were quite simple (have your diver's license ready, be able to take a photo and upload it). Although the light (brightness) sensitivity of the software is a bit picky, it's nothing that can't be worked through. The software itself was super-quick (uploading the photos, waiting for the system to confirm and move to the next step, waiting for a 2-factor identification text message) and I had completed the entire process in very little time at all.

I made several attempts on password recovery but failed and created a new one instead.
The biometrics appears to be too having issues in matching my drivers license.
