Accessing id.me was fairly easy but some issue with trusting the tool/site when entering full ss# and a video.
My son is differently abled as they call it now. So getting his verification was a bit more complicated, however what a great team. The agent who called to verify took extraordinary care of him and he was able to do it himself. I use the service myself and it's great as well but never encountered having to be verified personally as my son did. Great example of just explaining and talking the time. I recommend them to everyone!
