My college requires me to submit a non filer claim in and I have to log into the irs website using ID.me. When making my account I have attempted to submit 3 $#*!ing different forms of identification images just for every single one of them to be "unable to verify my information" and I must join a video call with a god damn representative. If whatever dumbass rep they put on a god damn zoom call with me is able to see my ID better from my $#*!ing webcam while I hold it up better than a still submitted image they have some sort of alien superpowers. This website has absolutely zero purpose and only is made to waste your time. All I need is to download one paper document for me to fill out and the trash over complicated information stealing government can't $#*!ing help but make me log in with my ID. JUST GIVE ME A $#*!ING PDF DOWNLOAD! 0/10
So I had a broken cell phone and needed to replace it as we have an adoption appointment on the same day the phone is cracked beyond repair or use. The awesome professional salesperson at Verizon saw that I hadn't been receiving my military discount and wouldn't let us move on until i had my account set up to acquire and use the discount. Between her(Megan) and her Manager( Ray) they were able to swiftly walk me through the ID.me website and Verizon and apply the discount. I felt safe and secure uploading my needed information and have heard nothing but good things about ID.me. I just wish I hadn't let my pride or stigma prevent me from taking advantage of the veterans that are offered through ID.me. For any veterans who haven't done it yet. Do it. It is an easy, quick breezy process with ID.me.
After receiving a Letter from IRS, re: Requesting more identity verification of me, I followed through immediately. However, my efforts to Self Service Verify didn't work, so I did Verification w/Video Chat Live Agent, and got the Verification Process completed. Thank You!
