The photo requirement was especially confusing -- did I submit the picture correctly? Was it accepted? In the end, I somehow got onto the IRS site. I then downloaded all the documents I could possibly need, certain that I would never get into the site again -- and I'm still convinced of that. Very confusing! Why don't they test this software on real people?
