It's a great experience It's easy to use. I think it's a better system then before for it looks more secure then before at least I think so. I enjoy it.

ID.me is very trustworthy and is effective in protecting your identity and other important & private information. It's user-friendly and easy to access. It isn't time consuming in the least and is a company and brand that I trust. The government uses ID.me to make sure our identity is protected and confirmed to gain access to any important & private information that you wouldn't want leaked on the Internet.

While seeing up takes a bit of time and info, it's worth it to know your info is safe and you can access it easily to make payments or whatever you need to do. Check income statements, etc etc

I agreed to sign up for id.me when I made a purchase through QUINCE in exchange for a 10% discount. It required a great deal of personal information, was time consuming and after all that I received no discount nor was there a method to remedy this problem through the retailer or ID.ME. Better to create a bogus email address to get a new customer discount while saving your personal data and time.

The process is really easy to use for a first time user. Doing the video selfie took maybe one to two minutes and it was completed on the first try.

I had a little difficulty with my phone and uploads because I'm not young and tech savy. The 2 young men who helped on video calls were very polite and got the process finished quickly once I asked for help.

Every Entity Like Norton, McAfee or Kaspersky, Google or Apple or Microsoft tout privacy protection and you get an average of 100 Emails from useless sources. How does this happen? Will see what happens with ID.Me.

It took us two days to complete the whole process. Most of the time was trying to get and old telephone number changed. We were unable to get any help in resolving our telephone issue. However once we reached a representative that suggested ID-me it went fine.

After providing a significant amount of personal information—without clarity on why it is required—the system repeatedly produces unresolved error messages. There is no available phone support or assistance, making the process unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.

I was at first a little caught off guard by the confidence with there behavior and personality. With a little getting to know one another we shared feelings and I became comfortable and understood and was confident it was secure and legal!

It was easy and smooth since I've been using this account for a while now. Feels like pressure from today's politics being lifted from my shoulders.

The site is not conducive to obtaining access to the desired information after following all the necessary steps to supposedly doing so.

Sometimes you have a problem that you need help from a real person. ID me is an excellent tool but some registration problems are unique.

Took a lot longer than anticipated or advertised. It is of no value. They take all your personal info. Hackers will eventually get in.

ID.me makes it much easier to contact the Veterans Administration and other government sites when I need access. I feel confident in the security and privacy of my information.

This id.me is not for the faint of heart. Like everything now it's a tool that helps you navigate the unknown depths of the cyber world. But is your information safe? You don't get to talk to anyone that can help you out, and have to put out personal information that can be used by the boogey men, so ask yourself if it's worth the risk. I hope it was for me?
