The "fraud prevention" measures are excessive, unreasonable, and frankly terrible. What bank includes social security numbers on a bank statements?— expecting that is absurd. On top of everything, the website's functional design was an absolute nightmare. I had to jump through endless, malfunctioning hoops—switching between browsers, opening tabs that often didn't even load, and constantly bouncing between my phone and computer just to get basic tasks done. It was chaotic, broken, and completely user-hostile.
