Unable to complete the account set-up, my husband and I had to try multiple times to even have our data uploaded. We were never able to get to the "verification " part of the process and our refund is still inaccessible. Forced to verify ourselves and our tax return, wondered about other elderly people, those with no means of completing ID me, people with disabilities, those who live far from adequate WI-FI and connection services, with no means to travel to resolve the situation. What an unfair way for the government to keep funding and all of the interest earned through "extending the wait".
