Although it took a while for me to get my documents to take in the system I finally got through and completed my ID verification. Better to use computer next time and not phone.

I successfully verified my account and everything was good,so I got a text message on my phone number on if the email I used was mine,I clicked yes,then they sent the same message and I said no without reading the text so they then restrict my account

When I sign in and click Air Force as my branch of service, they do not offer my exact rank.
When I separated from active duty after 4 years in the Air Force - I had worked for and earned the rank of SGT, yet it is not on the drop-down bar.
I can appreciate that the AF now has a new rank of E-4 which is called Senior Airman, BUT that is not my correct title/rank.
My DD214 says SGT, and I am proud of it. Please stop demoting me. I will continue to correct anyone who calls me anything other than SGT.

Yolanda was great she was straight to the point and helped me with what I needed.
I thought it was a hassle continuous tries on a Android was the problem as soon as I did it on my laptop I went straight through it and got done with it no hassle so I will say using upgraded phone or a computer will help you in the long run
The ai that is used to verify leaves a lot to be desired it took multiple attempts to verify my drivers license because it said that it couldn't read my license after four times of trying I gave up on the license verification and tried to use the selfie function but had the same issue after the fifth time I was finally able to get verified even though I have had an account with I'd me for a number of years
