Each step was clearly explained and worked correctly the first time unlike a previous experience that I had using some ID confirmation app that was literally a nightmare and after the tremendous amount of time in doing and redoing, I hope that I NEVER see that ID confirmation application again. I would give zero/negative stars if I could. I am an HR manager who enrolled our employees in the Colorado workshare program. Unfortunately you have to get through IDME now to collect Colorado unemployment. There is only an option to upload a passport, passport card, or license. I have many employees who are authorized to work and are eligible for unemployment without these (everified/i9 accepted) IDs. Id me itself says they accept other forms of ID but you cannot upload them. You can't take the video selfie, or schedule a meeting for help until you get past this point.
There is ZERO customer service. IF you were able to set up an account, you can log a ticket. If you can't set up an account (because of the accepted document problem), there is no way to get help. IF you can "log a ticket" you will be sent a canned response that did not answer your question AT ALL. That is it. That is all the help that is available.
This company is criminal. My employees are forced to use this terrible platform that does not allow everyone eligible for unemployment in, with zero help available. All of my employees are just not getting paid now and I don't even know how this is legal. I feel so bad because I would break down doors and do whatever I have to to get them paid, but I can't. I have no ability to help them. Id has cost my employees thousands of dollars that they deserve and it's not fair. I will be contacting a lawyer and filing a complaint with the BBB. This has been absolutely horrible and its all because of ID me.
