It's was an easy process that I initially thought thought was going to take a long time.
I got through the process of taking the id pics and selfie only to be denied access to my account. It would not accept the passwords THEY gave me. Then threatened to lock me out. I am just trying to get the IP PIN required to file my taxes and I can't get in and I can't get anyone on the phone. It is a mess and I am very stressed out about it.
The compute I was using did not have a camera, and I was not prepared with my original password when I needed it.
