I would like to say my experience with ID me.com which is the first time that I have used this service. It was a very pleasant and great experience because my customer service representative was such a professional and pleasant associate. The video was verification was a very easy to navigate through what it was connected. Connected the the video quality was very clear and the audio was clear in had no interference which that was a super plus. And back to the cuz of service representative she made the process so easy to understand because of her knowledge and to the professionalism that being said that is important because it makes the customer feel very you know safe and also respected that way not only the customer service representative and the customer are both given positive responses thank you. Companies need to announce that having a customer service as I had a very important and it makes everything goes a lot easier it makes your customer you know feel like they're important and that goes back to your I'm tired associate representative whatever the term that is used for whatever company are job positions that they're in whatever you said id me was a great experience it was very easy to navigate through oh what's on to call like I said my representative was clear professional and pleasant and approachable and thank you so I'll have to say please and now it's my representative that I had and use her as a you know hey you know on manual on how to turn other potential customer service representative in the future

Once complete I felt safe including the necessary information & I was able to access my Social Security information. In today's world cyber criminals are nothing more than cowardly criminals hiding behind a computer screen, don't let them intimidate you, use ID.me with complete confidence in your own security.

I feel like using a gov't issued id and selfie led to a more secure process. Already use ID.me to sign in to VA, so signing in to SSA was 1st time w/selfie upload. Tho a little more time consuming, I felt it is a more secure process.
