System design is terrible and you will be forced to restart the entire process if there is any component the system decides it does not like. Be prepared with lots of identity evidence, such as a W2 with an unmasked SSN even if you have a valid Passport and valid Real ID State Driver's license. But wait, even with all of that information will not be sufficient if your telephone service is not in your name (such as in a spouse's name) and you will be kicked out to restart the entire process all over.
