The website really does give you easy access to the benefits, discounts and services of veterans. I wish they would give us a bit more though like maybe an extra percent on cash back or maybe a slightly higher discount because all the current cash back and discount currently reduces is the tax for the purchase. I don't feel like there was a reduction in price in the first place.
The site is very time consuming, NOT user frindly and not unless you have extensive technology experience will be very hard to navigate it. No one sick should have this torture of dealing with this site.

The process, for me, was not difficult to understand and easy to complete. I was ordering a new laptop while I was filling out the Id application so I will see how it works out. That would be my mistake, not Apple's, but I know that I will continue to buy Apple products so I will see sooner or later.
