I spent an hour entering the same information over and over before it was finally accepted. Then when I tried to submit this review, I was forced to enter my name and email address before the system would process the review, in spite of the note that reads: +Add review details (optional). What's up with that?
Job opportunity with Cubs Sterling pretty much I think this will help me out for us to get further employment just in case something didn't work out I have this to back up for opportunities for other employment thank you so much
Upon logging into mySSA, I couldn't get a code from my authenticator app & the mySSA login kept refreshing back to the same page asking to open my app to get the code. Hence, I couldn't complete login. Tried taking advice from FAQ... failed, but went through a guided verification process that worked wonderfully. The online aspect of verification of two forms of identification via upload of images & a virtual phone call fared well! Top-notch customer service & company you can trust.
I have not completed the process so I am hoping the explanation I wrote as part of this feedback will help me to correctly complete the process. I have copies of my Baptismal Certificate as well as my Birth Certificate. I have always used the name Manuel Martinez Ballestero as my official name with all of my employers, and when signing official documents and submitting my income tax returns.
I had to use this to verify who I was. Being so frustrated, knowing how much of a pain it is to use these things I hesitated, but ended up doing it and getting over it.
To my amazement It didn't have even one single glitch. No errors updating documents. No complains the a 4k HD pic was blurry.
This was quick, simple, easy, with no delay, and no hassle at all.
Overall, the id.me verification process was successful but took almost an hour. I created an account two years ago and gave up Id verification because of links not being sent by id.me. Recently, I needed access to IRS and decided to give it another try. Again I experienced issues with links not being sent promptly but was able to complete the process.
Once you can get past the nightmare of establishing your Social Security Account,,your entire record is online, and is extremely easy to use.
I had to video call for verification, since the photo of my NM State ID wouldn't upmoad.
My EHR changed to using ID.me as the multi-factor authenticator. I have not been able to get past the screen to verify my device. I have not been able to get help from Officeally or ID.me. OfficeAlly says providers have to reach out to ID.me. ID.me offers no resolution, just more frustration, their AI is not very intelligent. In the meantime, I can't send prescriptions. Their inefficiency hinders my ability to do my work.
I wanted to get a military discount when going on a vacation cruise. I was told to show my discharge papers I needed to use ID.me. To do this, I needed to fill out a form which initially appeared quite simple. Not far into the process, I was required to check off questions which had nothing to do with my needs. There was no option of "other" or any place to write in a reason for needing the documentation. I finally just checked off an option so that I could move on. After moving forward I was required to show a copy of my discharge papers via a downloaded picture. I did this twice and was rejected both times. At this point, I realized the papers were relatively small (8 x 11) and 46 years old. While they looked clear to me because I could enlarge them manually, I'm sure it would be difficult for a scanner or company representative to see them. However, at this point it became clear that there was no way to get in touch with a human being to help me resolve my situation. Has so far been a totally frustrating experience.
If I wasn't forced into doing this due to being a veteran and needing to get into my healthy vet site there is no way I would have gone through this very confusing, frustrating process. If you don't have the capability of taking photos of needed documents then becomes even more frustrating. If you don't have a cell phone then out of luck again. I was able to upload my driver's licence 4times after taking a photo of it that many times and it kept not accepting it, too blurry. After much frustration, I lucked out and was directed to a video chat with a very nice young lady with very little wait time who was able to get me registered. Whether you like it or not you will have to get registered as the VA requires it as well as social security and other federal agencies and there is a time frame to get it done.
Lin the beginnging ID. Me was confusing, but after you get the hang of it, its well worth it.
After uploading documents I wasn't sure if excepted or received. I went back in to my account to see if my information was being process - recieved notification that my information is in working process
The process will take longer than you expect. After you have selected the ID you're going to use, photograph the FRONT and BACK of each ID. You may need to upload both. Don't trust the countdown clock. The wait time can increase partway through. Be patient. It will end.
The ID.me agent knowledgeably and capably assisted me with my identity verification as an American citizen residing overseas. My WebCam settings didn't allow for voice communication (my errors!), but he flexibly assisted me with an alternative method of voice communication.
I'm 85 years old and find it hard to to operate the computer to a degree of experience, find it hard to take selfie or to download pics or documents and when i went to UPS store, i had to get an employee to walk me through the process and when changing phone number it's hard to through all that process again
I had an overall good experience with the way it worked. I'm just baffled as to how the system failed to verify me while using a clear ID. Must have been a bad picture.
I've been using ID. Me for quite some time and I find it to be one of the simplest sign programs to navigate. I'm confident my information is secure and my sign in's are so simple.
Be sure to have all necessary paperwork at hand, and also your mobile phone. The face-to-face review at the end of the process was done by a very competent young lady who put me at ease.
The more I search for answers the more helpful services men and women I find with the aptitude to have me singen a autograph for one of them just so there heart can be as inriches as my viper, people are good good looking good taisting all together meaty goodness can't wait for the morning Good night
I had an excellent experience setting this up - kudos to fed employees who put this together, and urge the Trump Administration to stop firing federal employees so that other can have a similarly positive experience in the future.
Had to get 3 secret numbers to verify my identity --& still gave my drivers license & still got no where its- just like you call anywhere to access your account- answer 10 questions-your put on hold -& then you have to do the whole thing over again
