I have tried several times over the past few years to verify my ID with this 'service' and no matter what i use, phone, webcam, scanner - not matter what light, they will not accept my documents. I am a senior citizen, disabled veteran. I cannot hold a phone steady enough (maybe) and they won't accept scans. There is also no real help system. I have spent hours trying to do this. It seems like they have an expectation that everyone has expensive state-of-the-art equipment to accomplish these things. This is restrictive, limiting, and quite frankly ridiculous.
If I need a video call to verify, why can I not show the documents live to verify them?
Incompetence, technology that is exclusive and discriminatory, and no other options.
