If this system or any "secure network" was secure why is it that fraud and breaches still happen. Placing items in the cloud allows and fosters a new way of stealing. But you know you are a false prophet in the realm of secure data and a leech to any company forced to use you.
After set up I did not know to read in full first screens to actually confirm I wanted to switch to new system. I opened as directed by Rep at my local VA clinic. I checked to refill meds. The next day I checked to confirm refills. No status was given. I then signed in again and read the screens learning I had to request the move from my health to Idme. I checked the refills and instantly receives update
As usual "refill summited" and went on to see the date and list of said meds.

I had trouble with the setting on my end and I couldn't figure it out and the agent tried about 3 other ways to help and even sent a redo email which I used until the next day and it actually worked as if I had no lost my place no wait time. And I was successful as I fixed my settings to allow the camera on my end
