After set up I did not know to read in full first screens to actually confirm I wanted to switch to new system. I opened as directed by Rep at my local VA clinic. I checked to refill meds. The next day I checked to confirm refills. No status was given. I then signed in again and read the screens learning I had to request the move from my health to Idme. I checked the refills and instantly receives update
As usual "refill summited" and went on to see the date and list of said meds.
