BUT, what I did not like AT ALL was that the employer-to-be insisted that they set-up the account instead of letting me do it myself. Why?
Your company shouldn't exist. We have been logging into government websites for years without the need of all the BS you have added. You are a contract company that has made work for yourself that justifies your existence. Better not sell that biometric data you collect though, that will be another class-action

I began to create my account on my laptop. The verification process demanded that I move to my phone to take pictures of identification and upload from there. My phone was not adept at finishing up my verification process because I couldn't return to where is was directed, because I was on the phone. If I could have finished on my laptop, I would have been fine.
I was entering my information for a friend request leaving for work overseas. I didn't know which agency I was to register under so it was confusing to me that I needed to pick an agency to register under. Once I figured out the agency it became a little clearer to fill out my information.
