I have been trying to log into the IRS's website through ID me for about 3 years. I have not received one single stimulus payment, or even successfully got logged in to fill out the necessary forms. I get all the way to the point where I've done the video selfie and verified all of my information then it shuts down and tells me that it can't process my request at this time try again later.
Just my own experience. I know a ton of folks that had no issues... I'm just "that" guy 🙄

This was my second time using ID me and both times for life-saving. I'm not real tech savvy but I made it through fairly easily. It was so helpful and your person on the video call was very helpful polite and made the whole experience wonderful. I am so glad that there is a company like yours out there to help when people like me are in need of having our ID verified so helpful and it really sped up things going through IRS. And I am truly thankful for your help.

We should all try to secure our critical accounts. Your Social Security is one of them! ID.me takes a little effort to set up but it's worth it. It requires Multi-Factor authentication which makes access to the account more secure ( I opted for a secure password and a text to my personal device)
Experience was very satisfied. All my information about my previous tax was easy to access. If it wasn't for I.D me I wouldn't find out about tax return 2022.
Doing this process was easier than what I thought it would be. Having my phone and license accessible was extremely important.
