I cannot verify my military status even though I have my official documents. The ID.me system blocked me while verifying my military status. I spent four days and about 15 hours trying. I did everything stated in their Q&A sections. I sent multiple emails to ID.me with no response. There is no phone number to contact ID.me. I served in the military on active duty and worked my whole career with the military, yet I cannot even verify my military status with ID.me. The company is scamming the Federal government.
