Having to verify an account with ID Me just to log in to an already verified government account is just redundant by adding extra steps to verify your identity. Am sure they are getting paid for the ID Me but is it really worth it? If you log in to your account and something is wrong, then report it otherwise go on about your day with less interference from a 2nd or 3rd party

Difficult process, and inefficient, many request which make it very annoying, even this comment must have 50 letters…. Too much time to waste….and every time I submit this, I have to click on picture to verify myself is human…. Very inefficient process.
The system was a complete mess. No prior explanation was given on how to use it and the system was not "user friendly" at all. I would give it NO STARS, but this stupid review only allows 1 star.
