Its just like uploading a check to my bank or when I created an IRS account for paying taxes. This process needs to be standardized across all areas requiring verification of who you are. Verify drivers license with state DMV. If I used my military retiree ID care, verify it with DoD or my passport verify it with DOS. This will safeguard all my identifiable information from bad people. However, I don't think all these agencies are on a single platform enabling easily verifiable personnel date. Why not is my question.
