Took me all afternoon to get on IRS. Gov to do the business I needed to finish. This program was completely in the way. I would not be using it except it is required for actions I need to take with the IRS. Otherwise, I would not touch it again.

The uploading of photos and producing video selfies resulted with extensive errors which took about 3 hours to deal with. The worst part was not receiving any feedback on why the errors were resulting. It would just lock up without any reason and then I would have to start over every time. It seemed as if they were sending copies of my data overseas and then they would comeback and tell me that I had to restart the process.

Didn't use it for a while oh and unemployment online services, skeptical at first because I used tee we o emails but once I was able to provide a valid real id I was able to retrieve and update first account. Id. Me also has quick live selfie video to verify account connects you to most important functions. It's great
