This is the WORST security system setup I have EVER had the displeasure of using! It took multiple chat sessions to get access to the ACTUAL sign on system. You are REQUIRED to send biometric data to this system! That should FRIGHTEN EVERYONE. CITIZENS SHOULD BE ABLE TO ACCESS THEIR IRS RETURN DATA WITHOUT ALL THIS BS!

The instructions are pretty good but the process in lengthy and be prepared to have your documents in hand ( note to staff: tell folks about the document requirements BEFORE they start!)
