It was easy to use and great. I didn't have that much trouble in getting access to my account. I did have to resubmit my state ID cause it was probably blurry and couldn't be used as well as my video but after I redid it everything was quick and fast and smooth.
Don't give up all your information to this company. It's not worth surrendering you personal information that my be subject to selling to third parties or hacking from thieves.

It lagged so much in sign up it seemed broken. It claimed I was all set and that when I couldn't log in to affiliated Govt agency it was there fault. No customer support. Only a robot with stock prepared answers. Those came back quick though. After logging in following fail at govt agency days later it sends email to set up text voice and back up email. Thinking this would fix issue at agency but huh what happened to when it worked at id me before?, I followed the link and was then reject as invalid password. I wrote down that password but got warned of lock out. I then tried forgot password, created a new one. It went through and when I tried to log in it locked me out. It wasted hours and hours of my time. I had to find another way to work with govt agency. I do not recommend this program. I would give it zero but it doesn't have that.

The only way to talk to a person was video call. I bought camera mic and resolved the sign in I spent many hours trying to sign in.

I was having trouble filing my 2023 tax return because one of my employers refused to give me my w2 or anything I could use to file a return so I finally used bank statements to do the math myself but ran out of time to file while fighting with my old boss. I was finally told I could get an identity protection pin from the irs and file my return so i went online and within ten minutes had a pin and within an hour filed the return that took over a year trying to file. I was on the phone with the irs for over two hours and still didn't get through so this is definitely my new favorite option.
