Worse sign on app I ever seen. This seemed to be the work of a computer security tech who thought he wrote a great program. There should have been a development team that included everyday people who are not computer techs. Appears to have been created by some egotistical bastard trying to impress his boss.

Terrible! It was the least user-friendly service I have tried to use in a long time. Very difficult to get the service they REQUIRED of me, without asking my permission. Also very little support or way of resolving repeated issues which prevented me from activating the account.
ID.me's account creation process is straightforward and works. However when selecting the video call verification option be prepared to wait.
Took almost 2.5 hours to get the video call with a representative. Once connected, the verification process was completed in less than 10 minutes.

I did have an account for the past couple of years and lately I tried getting in and the system wouldn't allow me after several tries, I had to delete my account and wait 24 hours to open a new one, 2 nd time around was much simpler
Took forever to complete and the selfie process takes several tries. It feels like this info will be shared by other parties and governments.

I highly wouldn't recommend this website unless it's like your last resort you can print it out for unemployment and just file it by hand lately. This website has been getting people issues and I went in person and talked to somebody at the DES office and informed them about that and they informed me that this website has been giving numerous of peoples issues were they're incapable on filing for unemployment through this website.
I don't usually have much patience with doing these things but it was a fairly simple process. The representative I had was great.
