ID.me suspended my account for filing unemployment in two separate states. That's because my previous employer was not located in the state that I live. So, after my state unemployment agency denied my claim and told me to file in my previous employers state, I tried too. ID.ME suspended my account for trying to file in two separate states. Isn't ID.me just suppose to verify identity? How do they have the option to detect unemployment fraud? The customer service is almost non existent at this company. So now I have to deal with their BS and the unemployment BS at the same time. THANKS!

GDOL this is the worst system you could have partner with just taking money like the scammers. I been verified and money still havent been released. That support is a joke they got a message they send everyone with out even looking at the problem. Ppl losing homes and its breaking up family in this crisis we are in. No one seems to care.

Its been 5 days that these people keep rejecting my documents and blocking me to file a claim, i feel the reason for having a super inefficient and substandard company that rejects everything because they are unable to read them and have no idea how to magnify the attachments so they can see what people send them is to delay people or completely blocki them to file a claim as a way to recover the billions they gave away to scammers, homeless and can recyclers.
id.me is a perfect company to operate in a 3rd world country mainly due to theirlack of knowledge to seperate mission to block and prevent people from reaching out to edd. After threatening them with lawsuite they verified my identity but still blocked me from filing a claim. These clawns need to be liquidated or deported to afghanistan

Suppose to use this damn site to verify my ID so I get my unemployment money. This after DES suspended my account in December with no warning. Three months later they finally tell me it's because I need to go to IDme and then "everything will be fine". You go to this site and all links are to it's shopping site, support (no phone number) or sales!
They have a nearly useless "tutorial" video. The video says you will get a link in your email. Nope. Just got a general confirmation you have an account with IDme email. So I sent a message for them to contact me to guide me through there user unfriendly site. (No phone number at all to call).
Meanwhile, while I wait for SOMEONE to tell me how the hell to verify my ID like I was TOLD TO DO, I have not been able to pay my bills since December!
This shows how $#*!ed up our government is. The people who need help are left out in the ditch while pencil pushers make policy and expect us to solute and fallow and some how survive while they force millions of people to fallow their ever changing rules. While they have only a fraction of the needed people to do the job forcing millions to wait for months for a resolution!

I'd give them NEGATIVE 100 stars if I could! I did EVERYTHING they required & it kept saying they couldn't verify my identity - without indicating what specifically was causing a problem - maybe my photos of my documents weren't clear enough or there was a problem with my name or whatever else - but THERE WAS NO WAY TO KNOW! I'M NOT A PSYCHIC! So I waited hours for a referee only for the site to tell me they couldn't verify me & to follow their instructions - WHICH I ALREADY DID! Are there actual "referees" to speak with? So I sent them a very detailed message explaining what had happened & they replied with the same b. S. about reading & following their instructions - which I already did! DUH! I'm getting NOWHERE with these clowns, I haven't received any UIB money since late Dec., & my 30 days to verify my identity are almost up. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE! Judging by all these reviews, there's probably many thousands of people in the same boat - AND WE'RE ALL SINKING! ID.me IS A VERY SICK JOKE!

If you are like me you have to verify your identity with ID.me for Edd benefits. I have waited more then a month to get verified. I still have never talked to an actual human, and my patients is honestly running thin. I wrote a support ticket and they sent me some "urgent verification" email. For everyone who sees this that urgent verification Is a scam to get you not to verify. Ive waited over 3 weeks since I emailed it and I still haven't gotten a response. Overall horrible website and I hope the CEO loses his job and goes broke.

I had to use ID.me to verify who I was thru unemployment. It has been over a month since my last unemployment payment which means most of my Bill's are past due. What does my bill being late have to do with my identity? Also had a hard time getting verified because of my pre-paid electric account they where turning that away because I dont get a bill sent to me instead I went to the electric company and had them print out something to prove I had an account which happened to be an account ledger they said the dont accept account ledgers WTF wrong with these people. They need to train their employees better on behalf of what is accepted and what is not.

If I could give zero stars I would. Their app hangs up while you are trying to do identification verification. Photo uploads don't verify. There is no phone support. Email support is extremely slow. Waiting on video verification for over an hour. Very unhappy with this system for verifying Florida employment info.

First of all you cant get a hold of a human being to help you. Second the system does not work. The system is not sending me the texts for the link to upload a selfie to identify myself. Its not even sending me any texts. I submitted Three tickets no one has sent me an emailed reply. It did not advise to send my phone number. It says it has people there to assist 24/7. Nor does it leave me the option for a virtual assistant. Well no one has assisted me. Nothing works on this site. I need to get paid for my unemployment. I have less than 5 days to get this fixed and it looks like nothing is happening. Why would any any state government use this site when nothing works or they are not capable of handling the volume. I sent the required documents countless times only to be told that I couldn't be verified because of my phone number not being recognized. Countless times I waited for hours for a "referee" to have a video conference to verify my identity for unemployment but could never get through. Finally at 9 something last night I got through and was verified by some young looking kid sitting at home on his computer! I felt leary about showing the documents needed but am desperate because my electric and gas will be shut off on the 15th. The phone number on their website I called required a extension. Currently I'm trying to file a formal complaint against them to my states government officials but so far I haven't been given a answer on who to file it to. Im even looking into getting a class action lawsuit...

Idme was asking for wayvto much personal info alot more than is required to verify a persons identity. Bank account numbers. And things of that nature. Then would not verify me due to my phone number. A phone number has no bearings on someones identity. Numbes get recycled daily one phone could have been to 10 diffent people over time. When some one quits using a phone number there generally issue back out. Also when i finally get my referee interview its a foriegn national that can barely speak english. And you can tell that this person is at a home on there laptop how is that secure.

I have to go through all this confusion too unlocked my account. Then when I do get through the process you guys have me waiting 2hr plus for a REFEREE on video call.
