I had one problem with my name. Some documents do not include the middle name (not initial), and I was rejected because my name on my initial personal information was not in ALL CAPs. I suggest going through the entire process to the required documents. The copy or write down the available documents and check any requirements. Close the application and prepare your chosen documents and print them in COLOR. When you are sure your documents will be accepted, sign back in to ID. Me and complete the information. This process took me two days so take time and go slow. The video process is very easy and quick.

Took the time to talk to other users, most whom were not able to get it to work. I previously ordered all med thru MY HEALTHY VET. Never had a problem. Went to VA and saw 18 vets waiting for meds, took 2 hours. Never more then 2 vets waiting. This system will cost the VA. Another bad decision by the Government.

Spent like over 20 minutes going thru the setup process back and forth a dozen times with codes on my phone, uploaded my face, my ID front and back, etc. Did just about everything except give a DNA sample and I STILL could not log into the SSA. Gov website. SSA and ID. Me deserve each other, government is incompetent, that's why Trump is firing most of them, Elon needs to DOGE SSA web developers and cancel ID.
