Because I'm not familiar with the program and don't totally understand it I believe it is confusing to say the least. In defense of the program I think once I get the know how's of it it will be good. But not knowing what it can do without reading a book on the subgect and not having HUMANS to help make it at least for me difficult

I was having the most difficult time trying to get into my SSA online account. It seemed to have various problems with my identification - The process would start and get stuck at various places and each new attempts to keep at it seemed to create a new problem, do not recognize the phone number try another number- but I only have the one- and had it for years, pictures. Sent in of back front of my drivers license, do not recognize. My personal information- Ithete is no record in our system- and thes types of responses just kept going- I was at this for two weeks, on my phone, laptop, computer, and on the phone with the automated response from login. Gov- all of which never fixed the issue and the information and steps did nothing to resolve the problems either- I called the SSA, waitinlng for hourss to get through - they just referred me back to login. Gov and then both login. Gov and the on the phone - ssa persons just kept sending me back between the two. No one knew what to do- but login. Gov did acknowledge that there is a problem with the current system and told me that it is because of the change to in person verification rather than over the phone. THIS HORRIBLE 2 weeks experience of which I was just about to completely give up on altogether, came to a most beautiful end finally, when I used. ID. Me😂🙏🏾🌹🥰🎁🎉🖖👌🎊 ID. Me came and saved the day- it was such a relief and a blessing- it is one of the best programs and better that any help one will get from Login. Gov, good luck when trying to reach a live person, and /or the SSA - I called and I went my local office- the staff have no idea how to get us up and running using login. Gov- just gives us the phone number to login. Gov- if only they had told me to use ID. Me or just given me the I D. Me number- I would not have these bags under my eyes- from trying for so long- but it is over now because ID me - came and rescued me- it was like Christmas 🎄- so give I D. Me a try- and you will just love the video where you can see your wonder helper agent too.
It's good, just your basic signup verification to handle some state things online. Few steps but took less than 30 minutes overall. I've waited on calls 2x longer than this sign-up.
At first starting out with the process, it's a little aggravating but once you get your info put in and it's all correct, then it's super simple. You can log in to whatever it maybe your doing with ease. Highly recommended
I would suggest an easier way with the photo. Many seniors (like myself) are not quite as savvy as others. When I went to sign in after many months of not needing to use Id.
