First I scanned my driver's license but it was too blurry. I tried my passport as it is a larger document but had the same problem. I tried using the camera on my phone which still was illegible. I also captured my VA id card but was told that was not considered a healthcare document. Then, I went to the video call which seemed to work only after switching from the webcam to my cell phone. So now I wonder if all those documents are floating around in cyberspace and who has access to them. I have never heard of Sitejabber before today.

It was hard finding all those documents or knowing what documents to bring to the department of labor.
