ID.me has now allowed me to gain access to my social security data which has been a challenge since I live overseas. Until now I was not able to gain access since the SSA website only allowed me to enter a US address and 10 digit phone number which I do not have overseas. The service was easy and self-explanatory and the agent was very patient and helpful which was great since this was my first time using any sort of video identity. I am so pleased that I now have access to social security online and my personal data.
