I LOVE ID.me. It's mission is to reward professionals in the caring/helping industries, i.e., nurses, first responders, teachers, etc. One has to qualify by uploading ID, proving one is certified/licensed in particular industry.
My ONLY complaint, and I'm not 100% sure that it's not me, is that the site seems to be glitchy when populating the discount code/link. I've only used the platform to receive discounts from one retailer. I've purchased 4 times and each time I've had trouble. Starting out with ID.me, it takes me to the retailer and the link to ID.me, to obtain the code is there. Clicking the link takes you, momentarily, back to ID.me, then back to the retailer. The link is then gone. Logging out and logging back in does not fix the problem. After several tries, my fix is to go incognito to get the link back. It seems to take 20 minutes for an 8 minute shopping trip. I will try to remember to copy the code on the initial code population in the future.
Other than the time consuming process, I LOVE the discounts, which are significant.

I was surprised how easy the account set-up was. The integrated photo app gave good instructions and the video selfie was a new experience for me. Biggest issue was realising the credit bureau still had me recorded at an old address which I figured out with helpful suggestions from the app. Overall took me five minutes, at most. A very well designed user experience.

Got no response back nobody's contacted me nobody but a automated Roy reviewed my questions and did not answer what I needed to be answered yes I was identified because I went almost 3 weeks without being identified when I've done everything that it need to be done now all of a sudden I am identified And the situation that I was looking forward to was to get a stimulus check that I did not receive and I think I was eligible to receive the stimulus check that's OK yeah I don't do your job is your $#*! to even when I asked questions about the stimulus check never got no response about it So that's why you're only got one star
