My identity was stolen last year and it took forever to resolve if resolved at all. My regular email address was suspended, uploaded many verifying documentation, no real response and NEVER can get a real person on the phone to even check if my credentials were received. Very hard to resolve anything when your identity gets stolen by criminals. Makes it hard for honest people to get on with life.

The ID ME process is simple and easy but the problem comes when the system can't take a document of a certain size or when it can't recognize your DL picture for whatever reason, which is why I gave only 4 stars. The video call I had to take, after the system couldn't get any of the information I uploaded, was a success! I think this video call process should be implemented at the beginning to alleviate frustration with the whole ID ME process.
