I am a young guy that is in to technology, and gotta say it was a little bit of a headache, first off the documents gotta be uploaded to a specific format that any other common user old or young would not understand. Secondly it is bad that ID.me does not have a way to verify that the device being used has a chat cam or camera attached to it for video calls. Finally the meeting with the representative was pleasant and professional and felt pretty secure.
