My experience was great I'm telling you it was easy very professional and very helpful and it was so much easier to understand because the way it was formatted but I'll tell you the very thing that got me through the process and set my mind at ease and walk me through the process with no hindering smiling all the way helping me being very empathetic with me just letting me know that she was there for me and that we would get through the process together and let me tell you that process went by so fast and so great and that advocate I'm telling you she smiled through that whole entire process on January 1st 2023 that's New Year's Day at 4:25 a.m. in the morning so that's saying a lot you know she definitely knows her stuff and that she is knowledgeable but she loves her job because I'm telling you it takes a lot I know so I like to say kudos to her and to the whole process it was so easy guys try it you won't regret it.

Quite the process getting verified on my own. I tried 3 times to no avail. But once I chose to do a video verification, the process went very quickly, it was fast and easy. The hardest part was gathering up and taking pictures of my documents. I would recommend choosing to video verify from the get go.
