I had no idea that such a service existed. Of course I attempted the self verify for the IRS a FEW times with out success. I had to bit the bullet and live verify with an agent. It was 10pm at night and thought I would have to wait until the morning, I was wrong. An agent connected within a minute and we were through everything and I was done with in 5 mins...SUPER EASY...the agent was VERY NICE...i wasted more time trying to self verify. It was awesome
