Use Landscape orientation and a close-up lens option for best results (if available). You will see your recent photos and a CAMERA ICON. Click the camera icon to start cell phone camera. Follow the prompts to correctly image each side of your Driver's License.
2) For the "live scan" you will need a very steady hand or a solid surface which places the phone about eyeball-high near center. Standing or sitting in a steady position with phone propped helps. Be prepared to lean forward-backward/side-to-side to center your face in the oval. Scan takes 3-6 seconds, try not to move when "scan line" sweeps over your image It took me several attempts, but finally it finally succeeded and verified correctly. If it fails, it will ask you to repeat the scan so remember your position and above all be steady.
