I couldn't remember my irs sign in from the previous year but with ID me I submitted a few documents and had an online video chat with the documents I submitted and bam I was back in my irs page I couldn't have been more please with the whole situation it was so cool and the person over the video chat was really nice and very helpful!

Unlike log in.gov you guys made everything simple even when some things weren't quite well right I guess. You video chatted with me through it you solved problems instead of trying to avoid whatever responsibility in helping the customer that's what the ID me does.

It was hard for me to sign up because I kept needing to put in recovery codes and I would accidentally give my house phone numbers instead of my mobile number and had to fix my mistakes. And sometimes I would get error messages that led me to start over again with signing up. But in the end I was finally able to verify my identity and finish signing in.

It was pretty complex, but it got the information through properly and did exactly what I needed it to. Took me a bit of time, but I bet more experienced computer users could do this faster than me. The video call was quick and easy and the lady helping me out did amazingly.
